Note from unit owner:

We are looking for someone who will rent and take care of our 2-bedroom unit in Quezon city.

Before we got married, we have initially lived in the middle of the Pasig CBD, near the very busy roads of EDSA, in a 40-storey high rise building that had 34 rooms in a single floor, with no nearby parks or natural spaces to relax in. Needless to say, it was a totally suffocating experience.

Since then, we have always imagined an ideal living space that has nearby access for mass transport for ease of travel, a neighboring park where nature can be enjoyed, and a relaxed space that can be suitable for WFH.

We consider ourselves very fortunate because these have been easily ticked when we signed up to purchase a unit in Grand Mesa Residences. We have since then looked forward to spending time in the mornings, drinking coffee by the balcony, admiring the beauty of the city as the sun rises; or take a leisurely stroll at the walkways at the top of the towers, or have a relaxing dip by the pool, with our family and friends.

However, due to shifts in career opportunities, it may take a while before we get to enjoy everything that GMR offers. While we are abroad, we would like to find someone who will utilize this space and treat it with the love and respect that they would for their own home.
